Terms of Use

Welcome to Map Coordinates. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Map Coordinates mobile application (the "App") and the services provided by the developer, Adrian Șulumberchean ("the Developer"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Map Coordinates provides tools for extracting, sharing, and managing geographic coordinates, elevation data, and map-related information. The App is provided as a "freemium" service.

2. Accuracy of Data

• The App should NOT be used for professional surveying, navigation in life-critical situations, or tasks requiring absolute mathematical certainty.
• The Developer assumes no liability for errors in coordinates or measurements.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

If you choose to purchase a subscription (e.g., Professional, Remove Ads, or Premium Features):

• Payment: Will be charged to your Apple ID / iTunes Account or Google Play Account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Manage Subscriptions: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store or Google Play Store Account Settings after purchase.
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled through the respective store (Apple or Google) as per their billing policies.

4. Free 24h Access (Rewarded Ads)

The "Free 24h" option allows access to premium features for a 24-hour period after viewing a rewarded advertisement. This is a one-time grant of access and does not activate a subscription.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are the exclusive property of the Developer and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the App without written permission from the Developer.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or extract the source code of the App.
• Use automated systems (bots) to extract data from the App without authorization.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App, even if the Developer has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Privacy Policy

9. Changes to Terms

The Developer reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
